REGISTRATION FOR 2006

PRICES ARE:
Paperweight (Box) ~ $75 + $50 volunteer fee = $125
Tyke & up (box) ~ $150 + $50 volunteer fee = $200
Girls ~ $150 + $50 volunteer fee = $200
Field ~ $125

* An additional $50 volunteer fee is charged once per family on box registrations.
This will be rebated upon completion of recognized volunteer work for the HLA.

NOTES
New registrants will be required to leave a copy of their birth certificates.
Registrations cannot be accepted without the proper paperwork and full payment.

Special Requests for team placements will not be accommodated with the exception of geographical location, back to back siblings, or extreme hardship. Requests that meet this criteria must be submitted in writing only to the Houseleague Director at
houseleaguedir@mountaincable.net
and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Requests submitted after April 8, 2006 will not be considered.
